Frequently Asked Questions

1. How much is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat rate of R120 per order nationwide to your door.

Note that there may be certain areas where we are unable to deliver which are usually extremely remote.


2. Do you ship to overseas?

We currently do not ship outside of South Africa. You can organize your own courier to collect from the shop.


3. What is the pick up address?

4. How long is the shipping time takes?
Once Payment is received, we will process the order which usually takes 1 day.

The courier will deliver within 2-7 working days.


5. Why is my tracking number not valid?
You will receive an email with the courier company and tracking number once we book the shipment. The courier company will only update their system once they collect the package usually on the same day. So its best for you to check a few hours after you receive the email.


6. Can I add something to my order once I checked out?
Unfortunately we can not change the order once you have checked out.


7. I need to amend my details after I have checked out.
You need to contact the store immediately through email at sales@thenailart.co.za or WhatsApp on 074 498 1814. Please note that if you notify too late, i.e courier is already enroute with your package, you may be liable for extra delivery cost.
